1. (a) Emergency abatements must be reported according to PSTD rules and requirements. Reimbursement of costs incurred as a result of an emergency response are subject to Fund review, and a determination by the Indemnity Fund that there is sufficient information such costs are reasonable, integral,and necessary.
2. (b) If an emergency response has been declared by the PSTD, immediate action is required.
