1. (a) Fueling hydrants, cabinets and pits must be located at least 50 ft (15.2 m) from any terminal building, hangar, service building, or enclosed passenger concourse (other than loading bridges).
2. (b) Pumps must be located at or below ground level.
3. (c) Relay pumping is not allowed.
4. (d) Pumps installed outside of buildings must be located at least 5 ft. (1.5 m) from any building opening. They must be substantially anchored and protected against physical damage from collision.
