- (a) A lessor shall retain evidence of compliance with the requirements imposed by this chapter for a period of not less than two years after the date the disclosures are required to be made or an action is required to be taken.
- (b) Each lessor shall, when directed by the Department, permit that authority or its duly authorized representative to inspect its relevant records and evidence of compliance with this chapter.
