- (a) No persons, on their own behalf or on behalf of a firm or company engaged in home inspection work shall engage or offer to engage in, by advertisement or otherwise, any home inspection work who does not possess a valid and appropriate license from the Board, unless otherwise exempt by law.
- (b) Any change in the principal business address of a licensee must be reported in writing to the Oklahoma Construction Industries Board within thirty (30) days of such change.
