1. (a) Appointment and term. The Construction Industries Board shall hire the Administrator.
2. (b) Removal. The Board may, by majority vote, terminate the employment of the Administrator.

3. (c) Duties. The duties of Administrator shall include, but are not limited to:

   1. (1) Keep a record of all proceedings of the Board and certify to actions of the Board;
   2. (2) oversee the receipt and deposit of all monies received by the Board in the appropriate revolving funds;
   3. (3) submit, at the first regular meeting of the Board after the end of each fiscal year, a full itemized report of the receipts and disbursements for the prior fiscal year, showing the amount of funds on hand;
   4. (4) perform such other duties as are prescribed in this act or as may be prescribed by the Board; and,
   5. (5) assist the Construction Industries Board in the performance of its duties and shall report directly to the Board.
