- (a) National standards for development of the State Plan are hereby incorporated by reference into these rules. Standards are described in Subtitle B of Title VI of the Omnibus Reconciliation Act of 1981, as amended.
- (b) Copies of applicable federal laws and regulations may be obtained from the Oklahoma Department of Commerce, Office of Community Development, during business hours of 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday through Friday, except on legal holidays or authorized office closures.
