- (a) For purposes of selecting contractors, the Department will subject all qualifications statements to conform to all requirements of the Act, subsequent amendments, and requirements of the Department.
- (b) Eligible entities shall meet the general requirements for a Community Action Agency set out in 74 O.S. 1991, Sections 5035 and 5036.
