1. (a) Any program applicant who believes that it has been aggrieved by a denial of participation by the Oklahoma Department of Commerce may request an administrative hearing pursuant to the provisions of 150:1-11-1 et seq. of this title.
2. (b) Prior to taking any remedial or corrective actions A Notice to Show Cause shall be issued by the Department pursuant to the provisions of 150:1-15-1 et seq. of this title.
3. (c) Any program participant aggrieved by a final order of the Department may request an appeal pursuant to the provisions of 150:1-15-14 of this title.
