- (a) Program participants selected under the provisions of this chapter may retain their status for three (3) years. An agreement may be signed to review the status following the year-end assessment visit. Failure to continue funding, maintain an organization, a program manager or submit required reports may result in loss of status.
- (b) At the end of three (3) years, if the municipality continues to meet the criteria, the municipality may continue in the Oklahoma Main street program as a graduate town.
