The Department of Commerce may take any or all of the following action where there has been found to be a program violation as provided in 150:25-5-1:
- (1) Withhold funds;
- (2) Reduce the total amount of the contract;
- (3) Require return of unexpended funds;
- (4) Require repayment of expended funds;
- (5) Add conditions to the contract;
- (6) Cancel the contract and recover all funds expended in an ineligible manner prior to said cancellation;
- (7) Deny future funding applications and program funding for a period not to exceed two (2) years; or
- (8) Disallow expenditures.
