- (a) The annual allocation of program funds made available to the State will be divided into various categories as determined by the Executive Director.
- (b) The amount of the annual allocation devoted to a funding category will be determined by the Executive Director of the Department after the federally required public hearing and will be set out in the annual State Plan.
- (c) The State Plan and/or application packets shall be made available to eligible applicants and interested parties on a request basis. Requests for the State Plan and/or application packets should be directed to the Department.
