- (a) Pursuant to the annual business plan of the Department, The Director shall appoint personnel as are necessary to implement and accomplish the missions, goals, powers and duties of the Department of Commerce.
- (b) The annual business plan shall be published or disseminated as required by statute and copies of the plan shall be available during business hours of the Oklahoma Department of Commerce.
- (c) The annual business plan may be revised at any time to reflect changes in title, job responsibilities, salary or otherwise as needed.
