1. (a) The supervisory chiropractic physician shall only delegate services to a certified chiropractic assistant, and other employees which services are within the scope of practice of the chiropractic physician. Such delegation may only be made in a manner consistent with the Chiropractic Practice Act or Rules.
2. (b) The supervisory chiropractic physician is responsible for all acts or omissions of a certified chiropractic assistant, and other employees to whom duties are delegated.
3. (c) The supervisory chiropractic physician shall ensure at all times that a certified chiropractic assistant, and other employees have the necessary skills and training required to competently perform all delegated services.
