Department created - Duties

Effective Jul 22, 1975Amended by Laws 1975, SJR 37, Section 1, State Question 512, Legislative Referendum 212, adopted at election held July 22, 1975.

A Department of Labor is hereby created to be under the control of a Commissioner of Labor whose duties shall be prescribed by law.
