Article XXVII of the Constitution of the State of Oklahoma is hereby repealed. The Prohibition Ordinance and Section 7, Article I of the Constitution of the State of Oklahoma, previously repealed by Article XXVIII of the Constitution of the State of Oklahoma, are not revived by this repealer.
