No person shall sell, offer for sale, barter, or exchange any seed or grain which has been treated with a poisonous material, or which has been admixed with other seed or grain so treated unless:

1. (A) The container thereof, or invoice in case of bulk shipments, carries a label or statement in not less than eight-point type the words, "warning--poison treated--do not use for food, feed or oil purposes";
2. (B) It bears the common accepted coined, chemical, or abbreviated chemical (generic) name of the applied substance.
