A certified family preservation center shall do the following:

1. (A) Obtain and maintain accreditation under the commission on accreditation of rehabilitation facilities, the joint commission on accreditation of healthcare organizations, or the council on accreditation for children and family services;
2. (B) Obtain and maintain certification by the Ohio department of mental health and addiction services ;

3. (C) Provide family preservation programs informed by evidence-based or promising practices, including all of the following:

   1. (1) Family case management;
   2. (2) Service referral and linkage;
   3. (3) Parent education;
   4. (4) Trauma screening and healing-centered interventions.
