1. (A) As used in this section, "firearm" has the same meaning as in section 2923.11 of the Revised Code.

2. (B) A residential infant care center that regularly maintains on its premises schedule II controlled substances, as defined in section 3719.01 of the Revised Code, may do both of the following:

   1. (1) Maintain firearms at the facility;
   2. (2) Permit security personnel to bear firearms while on the grounds of the facility.
