Decommissioning performance bond required.

Effective Oct 11, 2021Senate Bill 52 - 134th General Assembly
  1. (A) Prior to beginning construction, the applicant shall post a performance bond to ensure that funds are available for the decommissioning of the facility.
  2. (B) The power siting board shall be the obligee of the bond.
