An individual who holds a chemical dependency counselor II license and a gambling disorder endorsement may do all of the following:

1. (A) Treat gambling disorder conditions;
2. (B) Perform treatment planning, assessment, crisis intervention, individual and group counseling, case management, and educational services insofar as those functions relate to gambling disorders; and
3. (C) Refer individuals with other gambling conditions to appropriate sources of help. An individual holding a chemical dependency II license shall not practice as an individual practitioner.
