An individual who holds an independent chemical dependency counselor license and a gambling disorder endorsement may do all of the following:

1. (A) Diagnose and treat gambling disorder conditions;
2. (B) Perform treatment planning, assessment, crisis intervention, individual and group counseling, case management, and educational services insofar as those functions relate to gambling disorders;
3. (C) Supervise gambling disorder counseling; and
4. (D) Refer individuals with other gambling conditions to appropriate sources of help.
