Senate Bill 323 - 119th General Assembly
(A) No credit services organization shall cause or attempt to cause a buyer to waive a right under sections
4712.01
to
4712.14
of the Revised Code.
(B) Any waiver by a buyer of a right under sections
4712.01
to
4712.14
of the Revised Code is void.
