Prohibition against failure to report accident
Effective Jan 1, 2004
Senate Bill 123 - 124th General Assembly
(A) No person shall fail to report a motor vehicle accident as required under the laws of this state.
(B) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
