The governing authorities of two or more community schools may enter into a pooling agreement under which the schools may act jointly to do any of the following:

1. (A) Purchase health insurance for the schools' employees;
2. (B) Secure liability insurance for the schools;
3. (C) Purchase other goods or services necessary for the operation of the schools;
4. (D) Provide transportation to students enrolled in the schools.
