The benefits of all funds appropriated under the act of congress referred to in section 3303.02 of the Revised Code is hereby accepted as to:

1. (A) Appropriations for the salaries of teachers, supervisors, and directors of agricultural subjects;
2. (B) Appropriations for salaries of teachers of trade, home economics, and industrial subjects;
3. (C) Appropriations for the preparation of teachers, supervisors, and directors of agricultural subjects and teachers of trade, industrial, and home economics subjects.
