Ohio Rev. Code Ann. § 3129.06 – Medicaid coverage

(A) Medical assistance provided under the medicaid program shall not include coverage for gender transition services for minor individuals.
(B) This section does not apply to any of the following:
1. (1) The circumstances described in section 3129.04 of the Revised Code;
2. (2) Mental health services provided for a gender-related condition;
3. (3) Any services that are not gender transition services.
