Application of rules of procedure.

  1. (A) The Rules of Civil Procedure, the Rules of Criminal Procedure, and the Rules of Evidence apply in civil and criminal actions and proceedings before a county court unless otherwise specifically provided in the Revised Code.
  2. (B) The Rules of Appellate Procedure govern appeals from a county court to the court of appeals.
