Ohio Rev. Code Ann. § 1513.371
The long-term abandoned mine reclamation fund is created in the state treasury. The fund shall be administered by the chief of the division of mineral resources management and consist of grants awarded by the United States secretary of the interior from the federal abandoned mine reclamation fund pursuant to the federal "Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act," Pub. L. No. 177-58. All investment earnings of the fund shall be credited to the fund. The fund shall be used for abatement of the causes and treatment of the effects of acid mine drainage resulting from coal mine practices, including the following:
