1. (a) Office means the New York State Office for the Aging.
2. (b) Senior citizen services center means a community facility which provides to older adults a combination of services, including the provisions of health, social, educational and recreational services.
3. (c) Child day-care center means a community facility which provides care to a child aged 6 weeks to 14 years for a portion of the day, and less than 24 hours outside the home, in a facility licensed and approved in accordance with applicable local, State and Federal standards for child day care.
4. (d) Residential health-care facility means a facility certified under article 28 of the Public Health Law.
5. (e) Combined center shall mean an entity receiving or applying to receive funds under this Chapter.

For the purposes of this Chapter, the following words shall have the specified meanings:
