1. (a) procedures to ensure the physical security of the computer or server and related hardware, software and other devices;
2. (b) procedures to ensure the integrity and security of all sensitive data and software;
3. (c) procedures to ensure that access to sensitive data and software is limited to appropriate personnel only; and
4. (d) procedures to ensure the logging of the events and the availability of records to permit an effective audit of the conduct of the system and the reporting of revenue.
