N.Y. Comp. Codes R. & Regs. tit. 9, § 5308.1 – Permissible junket activity.

A junket, junket enterprise or junket representative, as such terms are defined in Racing, Pari-Mutuel Wagering and Breeding Law section 1301(29), (30) and (31), shall be organized or participate with a gaming facility licensee only in accordance with Racing, Pari-Mutuel Wagering and Breeding Law section 1328.
