Each claimant shall fill out a prize claim form as specified in the rules of each game and surrender such claimant’s winning ticket. Nothing in this section shall prohibit the commission from authorizing a courier service licensed pursuant to Part 5014 of this Title to provide a claimant with an electronic version of a prize claim form.
