Reapplication evaluation.

Executive Department

(a) Subsequent contract awards are based on a review of the items in section 2608.1 of this Part, including an evaluation of:
1. (1) fulfillment of contract activities;
2. (2) organizational and fiscal management; and
3. (3) proposed program, budget and community support.
