Application evaluation.

Executive Department

(a) Contract awards are based on a review of the items in section 2603.2 of this Part, including an evaluation of:
1. (1) organizational experience;
2. (2) proposed program;
3. (3) proposed budget;
4. (4) community support;
5. (5) special populations; and
6. (6) underserved areas.
