Types of subsidy requisitions.

Executive Department

(a) Subsidy requisitions may take the following forms:
1. (1) Requisition for advance of subsidy to meet a debt service payment, or other requirements for cash, other than for an operating deficit.
2. (2) Requisition for advance of subsidy to meet an operating deficit, actual or estimated.
(b) Each of these types of requisition will be separately described in the sections which follow.
