(b) Reports on costs of projects.
Upon the completion of each Federal, State or municipal project, or upon request of the commissioner prior to completion, an authority shall file with the commissioner a detailed statement of the cost of such project. (Public Housing Law, § 38.)
(c) Reports to other agencies or officials.
For the information of the commissioner, an authority shall file with the commissioner, a copy of each report, financial statement, operations and maintenance statement, etc., filed with any Federal, State or municipal agency—at the same time that said report is filed with such agency.
(d) Reports on legislation, limitation and opinions of counsel affecting low rent housing projects.
An authority shall file with the commissioner, as soon as is practicable:
