(a) Fee for searches.

The fee for a search shall be 50 cents multiplied by the number of files necessarily searched, the number of names or numbers against which the search is made and the number of documents for which the search is made. If a certificate showing the result of a search is required, there shall be an additional fee of 50 cents.

(b) Fees for copies of records and reports.

The fees for copies of records and reports, other than accident reports, shall be as follows: photostatic copies, $1 per page; accident report, $3.50. If certification of a record or report is required, there shall be an additional fee of 50 cents.
