2. (b) supportive documentation in the preparation of the investigation including but not limited to:

   1. (1) accusatory instruments, indictment, and/or petition;
   2. (2) defendant/respondent statements;
   3. (3) victim statements;
   4. (4) arrest report(s);
   5. (5) related correspondence;
   6. (6) release of information requests and responses;
   7. (7) related records;
   8. (8) criminal history record information;
   9. (9) certificate of conviction;
   10. (10) any investigation worksheet and/or notes;
3. (c) completed investigation report.
