- (a) The use of such system shall be confined to the dispensing of liquor and wine.
- (b) Such equipment must avoid an in-series hook-up which would permit the contents of liquor or wine bottles to flow from bottle to bottle before reaching the dispensing spigot or nozzle.
- (c) Such equipment must not dispense from or utilize containers other than the original liquor or wine containers containing quantities not to exceed one-half gallon each of liquor or 15 gallons each of wine, as received from the manufacturer or wholesaler.
- (d) Such equipment shall not permit intermixing of different kinds of products or brands, within the dispensing system.
- (e) The installation of such equipment shall not damage or obscure the portion of the strip stamp required to remain on the liquor bottle after opening.
- (f) The premises, including any places of storage, where the liquors or wines are dispensed, shall be subject to inspection by the Authority or local board investigators or peace officers during all business hours for the purpose of inspection or for examination of any books and records required to be kept by on-premises licensees. Where any part of such installation is in a locked room or locked cabinet, licensees shall have a key to said room or cabinet available on the premises; and upon request by any authorized representative of the Authority or local boards or peace officers such licensee or any employee thereof shall open said storage rooms, cabinets or other places for such inspection during regular business hours.
- (g) No liquor or wine shall be sold, served or dispensed from such system equipment unless the brand name of the manufacturer's product corresponding to the container from which the liquor or wine is drawn is affixed or imprinted on a card, sign, plate, button or key of the dispensing spigot or nozzle.
- (h) The filing of an application for an alteration for the installation of such system is required. The installation shall not be made until approval, in writing, is received from the Authority.
- (i) The installation of such equipment without compliance with any of the foregoing requirements shall constitute good and sufficient cause for the suspension, cancellation or revocation of the license.
The installation of automatic and electronic dispensing systems by on-premises licensees is authorized provided that the following requirements are complied with:
