(a) All residents shall wear facility issued clothing. Facility issued clothing shall be provided at facility expense and shall include, but not be limited to:

1. (1) For males:

   1. (i) two shirts;
   2. (ii) two pair of trousers; and
   3. (iii) three sets of undergarments.

2. (2) For females:

   1. (i) two shirts or blouses;
   2. (ii) two skirts, dresses, or slacks;
   3. (iii) two brassieres; and
   4. (iv) three underpants.

3. (3) For males and females:

   1. (i) three pairs of socks;
   2. (ii) one pair of suitable footwear;
   3. (iii) one sweater or sweatshirt; and
   4. (iv) seasonable clothing, which shall be issued as needed.
