1. 1. The Counsel to the Governor, in conjunction with the Secretary to the Governor, the Director of the Budget and the Director of State Operations (the “Review Committee”), shall review and evaluate all Executive Orders and amendments heretofore issued and currently in effect.
2. 2. This review shall be conducted within the next 90 days, and following such evaluation the Review Committee shall make such recommendations as it deems appropriate for the continuation, modification or revocation of all such Executive Orders and amendments.
3. 3. Every agency, department, office, division and public authority of the State shall cooperate with this review and shall furnish such information and assistance as shall be requested by the Review Committee.

4. 4. All Executive Orders and amendments heretofore issued and currently in effect shall remain in full force and effect until otherwise continued, modified or revoked.
