The following regulations are established so that a safe, orderly flow of traffic is maintained, and some control of motor vehicles is exercised. The registration of motor vehicles is a necessary function so that the public safety force can easily identify the motor vehicles of the college community to the mutual advantage of the individual owner and to the college.
