For purposes of this Part, the following are defined as:

(a) Employee.

All officers, full-time and part-time faculty and staff employed by the college, the college association, the college foundation, and the State University Research Foundation. (Exception: resident assistants, student managers or student workers are not employees.)

(b) Student.

All individuals registered in a full-time or part-time course of study.
