N.Y. Comp. Codes R. & Regs. tit. 8, § 567.6 – Traffic control.

(a) 15 MPH is established as the maximum speed at which vehicles may proceed on or along all roadways on the grounds of SUNY Potsdam, Village of Potsdam, St. Lawrence County, except on the following roadways:
1. (1) Canton Drive between Pierrepont Avenue and Ogdensburg Drive.
2. (2) Ogdensburg Drive between Canton Drive and Barrington Drive.
3. (3) Barrington Drive between Ogdensburg Drive and outer Main Street.
(b) 25 MPH is established as the maximum speed limit at which vehicles may proceed on or along the following roadways on the grounds of SUNY Potsdam, Village of Potsdam, St. Lawrence County:
1. (1) Canton Drive between Pierrepont Avenue and Ogdensburg Drive.
2. (2) Ogdensburg Drive between Canton Drive and Barrington Drive.
3. (3) Barrington Drive between Ogdensburg Drive and outer Main Street.

(c) Standing is prohibited on or along either side of all roadways on the grounds of SUNY Potsdam, Village of Potsdam, St. Lawrence County.

(d) Stop intersections.
