N.Y. Comp. Codes R. & Regs. tit. 8, § 302.12 – Charge for credit courses given by correspondence.

(a) Each special student enrolled in a course given by correspondence for which credit is given shall pay a charge of:
1. (1) Undergraduate programs:
  1. (i) $137 per undergraduate semester credit hour, of which 85 cents shall be credited to payment of the college fee; or
  2. (ii) $92 per undergraduate quarter credit hour, of which 55 cents shall be credited to payment of the college fee.
2. (2) Graduate programs:
  1. (i) $213 per graduate semester credit hour, of which 85 cents shall be credited to payment of the college fee.
  2. (ii) $142 per graduate quarter credit hour, of which 55 cents shall be credited to payment of the college fee.
(b) If a course is not completed within 12 months, students may renew their enrollment in a course for an additional 12 months. A nonrefundable renewal fee of $10 will be charged. A student may renew enrollment only once.
(c) The Chancellor is hereby authorized to establish refund policies as required.
