1. (a) $137 per semester credit hour of which 85 cents shall be credited to payment of the college fee; or
2. (b) $92 per quarter credit hour, of which 55 cents shall be credited to payment of the college fee.

Each special student enrolled in a course given by educational television for which credit is given shall pay a charge of:
