N.Y. Comp. Codes R. & Regs. tit. 8, § 190.2
(b) No minor shall be employed, used, exhibited or caused to be exhibited as a model during the hours he is required to be in attendance in the school in which he is enrolled.
(1) No minor under seven years of age shall be employed, used, exhibited or caused to be exhibited as a model for more than two hours in any one day and not more than 10 hours in any one week nor shall such minor be so employed, used, exhibited or caused to be exhibited during the hours of 6 p.m. to 9 a.m.
(iii) No such minor shall be employed, used, exhibited or caused to be exhibited between the hours of 6 p.m. and 9 a.m.
