Persons required to pay.

Department of Environmental Conservation

(a) owns or constructs a dock, mooring or wharf within the park, exclusive of Trout Lake; and
(b) uses on the waters of Lake George any mechanically propelled boat or vessel with a motor of 10 horsepower or more.

Regulatory fees must be paid by each person not specifically exempted herein who:
