(c) Commercial applicators who are not employed by a registered business, including but not limited to building superintendents and employees of cemeteries or golf courses, shall keep true and accurate records as provided in subdivision (a) of this section and file reports as provided in subdivision (b) of this section.
(d) Records and reports.
The private applicator shall maintain a record on forms to be provided by the department of the restricted use pesticides purchased, the crop treated by such, their method of application, and the date of their application or applications. This information shall be maintained on an annual basis and retained for a minimum of three years, and shall be available for inspection upon request by the department.
