- (a) All that area south of a line commencing at the junction of the northerly boundary of the Village of North Tarrytown and the east bank of the Hudson River; thence easterly, southerly, and easterly along the village line to Old Croton Road; thence southerly along Old Croton Road to Broadway; thence southerly along Broadway to the Greenburg-Mount Pleasant town line (Tarrytown village line); thence easterly along the town line to the Bronx River Parkway; thence northerly and easterly along the Bronx River Parkway to Route 22; thence northeasterly along Route 22 to Route 120; thence southerly along Route 120 to the Connecticut-New York State line; except that area delineated as Level IV.
- (b) All that area within the municipal boundaries of the City of Peekskill and the Village of Buchanan.
- (c) All that area commencing at the junction of the east bank of the Hudson River and the southerly municipal boundary of the Village of Ossining; thence counterclockwise along the village line to a point where the northerly municipal boundary crosses the Old Croton Aqueduct of the New York City Department of Water Supply, Gas and Electricity; thence northerly along the Old Croton Aqueduct to the New Castle town line; thence northwesterly along the New Castle town line to the Cortlandt town line; thence northwesterly along a straight line to the intersection of Nordica Drive and Truesdale Drive in the Village of Croton-on-Hudson; thence northerly along a straight line to the intersection of Morningside Drive and Highland Avenue; thence northwesterly along Highland Avenue to the Albany Post Road (Route 9); thence due west to the east bank of the Hudson River; thence southerly along the east bank of the Hudson River to the beginning point.
